North Fork Rancheria Indian Housing Authority is seeking two separate bids for upcoming dirt work projects:

Bid #1: Grading of the emergency access road.

Bid #2: Construction of one road and seven home pads.

Bid sheets are available and must be completed with all costs associated with each project. Project plans for both jobs are also available for review.

Please note that these proposals are for earthwork and grading only. Asphalt paving is not included in either bid. The two roads will connect to each other as part of the overall development.
