Last Wednesday, NFR EPD Cultural Monitor team members attended a reburial ceremony hosted by the Southern Sierra Miwok in El Portal. Thank you Jazzmyn Brochini for the invite! It was very moving for us all.

On the return trip, we stopped at the Mid-Pines Community Center for a visit to team member Alex Lewis’s amazing artwork. Well done Alex!
